Level 1 Absolute Beginners
Learn the foundation practices of yoga. A gentle class, Vinyasa style, no long holds. Detailed instruction, background information, modifications. Offered as courses - bookings are required.
Level 2 Beginners - Intermediate
Suitable for beginners and regular students. Most practices and poses accessible to all levels. Modifications given as needed.
Level 3 Intermediate - Advanced
Suitable for those who have some experience with practices and concepts of yoga. Includes some more challenging poses.
Open level: Beginners - Advanced
Class is personalised to suit students wishing to deepen their knowledge and experience of yoga.
