Natalie has been working in the health and wellness industry for more than 20 years. Originally working in specialised wellness spas focusing on face and body treatments. She began to notice a high majority of people coming for wellness retreats are people who live in highly stressed life styles with limited tool for self care to support their health and wellbeing. Recognising the value in self care, Natalie was inspired to help others on a holistic spectrum, furthering her studies, in yoga therapy holistic counseling and Ayurvedia face and body therapies. Natalie is know for her calming presence and the nurturing energy she puts into her healing work.
