stillness and clarity
for mind and body

Ayurveda in the Heart of Nature

Experience the best Ayurveda has to offer in our treatment room located in the heart of nature, a truly unique place to unwind and surrender to the calming energy of the trees and the soothing sound of the little creek running by. Ayurveda is a holistic health system that supports wholesome living and preventative to poor health, emotionally, mentally and physically and spiritually. The focus is to balance our constitution, internal strengths and weaknesses, in ayurveda this is related to different doshas known as vatta, kaffa and pitta. Through high stress and life challengers the doshas which constitutes our mind and body comes out of balance, triggering poor health. The Ayurvedic face and body treatments help bring balance and nurture our way to better health.
