Morning Meditation & Qi Gong
Each morning begins gently with meditation and Qi Gong, helping the body feel settled, the breath steady, and the day to open with a calm, centred presence. Breakast Our daily breakfasts are included and are fresh, nourishing and vegetarian – served in our private dining pavilion. ~ R I S E ~ Women's Healing Workshops The Rise Women’s Workshops with Mandy and Jemma embody the heart of the retreat — an empowering and compassionate process of reconnecting with inner confidence, self-worth, and a deeper sense of presence and possibility. Within these sessions, the work unfolds through guided reflection, embodied awareness, and gentle inner enquiry. Drawing on somatic therapy, attachment-informed EMDR principles, mindfulness-based counselling, and practices that support nervous system regulation, Jemma offers a grounded and caring approach that helps you tend to emotional wounds, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner clarity. Mandy draws practices from ancient feminine-centred yogic traditions that honour women’s wisdom, beauty, and inherent spiritual strength. Through mantra, goddess-centred embodiment, intuitive movement, and contemplative journalling, the practices cultivate self-worth and inner radiance, offering a pathway back to trust in oneself when life has felt challenging or disorienting. Free Afternoons Relax deeply at our beautiful venue, indulge in massages at the in-house spa, or any of the nearby spas and healing centres. You can enjoy lunch at the venue which is lovely and inexpensive You may like to visit the nearby Ubud markets and stores. We're a short walk from both the Royal Palace and the spectacular Monkey Forest. Evening Yin, Yoga Nidra, Meditation Our afternoon, evening sessions are about integration. The practices are quiet, deep and nourishing, connecting us back to the essence and source of energy, potential, wisdom and love. Practices include somatic yin yoga, pranayama, mantra, meditation, yoga nidra. Evenings Explore the many vegan, vegetarian and organic restaurants of Ubud. There are many options for dining within close walking distance of the retreat centre. Dinner is at your own expense (except for first and last night where we host incredible vegan celebration dinners). |
beautiful & serene spacesOur venue is a traditional family compound extensively renovated and developed now functioning as a homestay and dedicated spiritual retreat centre with three yoga shalas, one of which is airconditioned, a restaurant, spa, gorgeous pool and beautifully landscaped gardens along a river.

fire ceremonyOn our final night, we gather for a sacred Havan fire ceremony, a powerful ritual of offering and intention. Through fire, mantra and prayer, intentions are placed into the flames, supporting integration, our apth forwards, and a felt sense of inner alignment as the retreat draws to a close.
