about our circlesCircles have long held spiritual significance across cultures as a form which reflects wholeness, continuity, and shared humanity. To sit in a circle is to meet without hierarchy, without judgement, and without the need to perform or prove. Each person is equally visible, equally valued, equally held.
At Kookaburra Yoga Sanctuary, our circles offer a safe and welcoming space for connection, reflection and mutual support. They are spaces where listening carries as much meaning as speaking, where difference is respected, and where collective presence becomes a source of steadiness and strength. The purpose of each circle is simple and essential: to cultivate safety, community and connection. Through shared practices, honest conversation and attentive presence, circles support inner clarity while strengthening our capacity to care for one another and for the wider world. Circles run every Friday morning from 10am to 12pm. Participants are welcome to bring their own lunch and stay afterwards to eat together in the sanctuary. Tea is provided. |
