Jadzia started a regular practice of yoga a few years ago. The more she practised, the more her interest in subtler aspects of yoga grew. She began to experience the first-hand healing potential of yoga. She joined various short-term courses, retreats and workshops before taking up the 12-month intensive Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training course with Kookaburra Creek. Yoga practice brought about self-awareness and harmony in life.
Jadzia guides students through various yoga techniques, including pranayama, asana, Sankalpa, relaxation and meditation, to restore balance and inspire students to experience peace, joy, and kindness. She is a genuine student herself, a learner, approaching challenges in life as opportunities for transformation and growth. She incorporates her knowledge in Psychology into classes delivering a wholesome, healing, empowering experience for everyone.
Caitlin discovered yoga over 20 years ago during her university studies and immediately fell in love with the joy and calm it brought her body and mind. Originally from New Zealand, Caitlin has travelled and lived abroad for many years, enjoying finding new places to practice yoga and connecting with others.
Settling in Perth in 2012, Caitlin found her yoga and meditation practice most helpful when dealing with fertility difficulties. Now a mother of 2 beautiful boys, Caitlin is passionate about supporting and empowering women and families during challenging periods in life. Professionally, Caitlin has worked in media and recruitment for over 15 years, finding refuge on her yoga mat to create more balance and peace when working through life’s more difficult times.
Caitlin’s personal practice includes pranayama, meditation and asana. She teaches a nurturing and accessible style of Hatha Yoga with the aim to reduce feelings of stress and tension and cultivate more joy and peace into our lives. Caitlin has recently completed a 500hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training under her teachers, Mandy and Robert (Kookaburra Creek), finding this a truly life-changing experience.
