Hatha Slow Flow
The Hatha slow flow class, blends together, traditional yoga postures, flow movements and breath, creating space for practitioners to become more sensitive to the ‘feeling tone’ of each pose.
Learning to be guided by this, the individual is able to make conscious choices as to what subtle adjustments are needed to stay relaxed and still within each asana.
The class allows for individual creativity to be expressed within flow sequences and empowers the individual to develop self-trust, in order to take ownership of practice within a class based environment.
Yin Hatha Fusion
Enjoy classical asana postures, combining breath and movement geared to get you moving, before dropping the pace, to enjoy the longer more passive postures of yin, that will lead toward a state of receptivity and surrender in the practice of pranayama and meditation which conclude the class.
