Centering and Heart OpeningEstablishing your own daily practice is both joyous and rewarding. Join Robert and start the day with breathing practices, silent meditation and chanting creates an inner harmony that enables the practitioner to respond skilfully to any challenge that the day many bring. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8.15 to 9.00am Kookaburra Creek opens its doors to welcome you to share in this simple practice. Starting with pranayama and followed by twenty minutes of silent unguided japa (repetition of the sacred mantra) we then share in twenty minutes of call and response singing (kirtan) by chanting the invocation mantras together, asking for the blessings of the guiding beings. No prior experience necessary and free to all.
