Personalised Small Group Yoga offers the depth and care of private sessions within a small, supportive group setting. While practising together, each participant receives individual guidance, with sequences adapted to support their specific body and needs. This class is intentionally limited in size to allow for careful observation, individual sequencing, and responsive teaching. It suits students who value personal attention and a thoughtful approach to movement within a shared space. What to Expect Each participant completes an intake form prior to attending, which informs the initial direction of their practice.
