You'll be guided and supported to becoming a knowledgeable, authentic and inspiring practitioner and teacher. Integrate yogic wisdom and practice into your life and work. Registered with Yoga Australia at 500 hours (Level 2), this comprehensive training delves deeply into the methods, practices, philosophies, theory, sacred texts and traditions which inform modern yoga. Meditation Mastery 200hr Teacher Training

The Moksha Meditation Mastery Teacher Training is our new in-depth teacher training program launching in 2025 and exclusively at Kookaburra Creek. Over 6 months you'll learn the meditative, philosophical and mystical traditions of yoga, vedanta and tantra. By joining this training you will learn the meditation approaches of these traditions, the methods and components which make up a meaningful yogic meditation practice, the underlying philosophies, and theories of the mind, consciousness, divinity and mysticism as taught by the great sages, saints and scholars of yoga. Through this training you acquire the skills and knowledge to authoritatively guide and teach meditation, yogic breathwork, yoga nidra and progressive rest and relaxation. Commences: 27 April 2025.
