Absolute Beginners Learn the foundation practices of yoga. Gentle classes. Detailed instruction, background information, modifications for injuries. All of our Yoga Courses are Level 1 Level 2 Beginners/General Suitable for both beginners and regular students. Most practices and poses accessible with modifications offered as needed. Level 3 General/Intermediate Suitable for those who have some experience with practices and concepts of yoga. Includes some more challenging poses. Level 4 Advanced Masterclasses for teachers and experienced practitioners |
