Kookaburra Yoga offers yoga and meditation classes and courses ranging from absolute beginners to advanced for experienced practitioners. The secluded five star venue, world class teachers and holistic program makes our centre truly unique.

Two Meditation Classes are uploaded each Friday for weekend practice. The Morning Meditation includes a 30 minute Talk & 30 minute Practice. Evening Meditation is 30 minute Practice & 30 Minute Relaxation/Yoga NIdra. Classes are linked. It is suggested to do both.

Absolute Beginners Learn the foundation practices of yoga. Gentle classes, Vinyasa style, no long holds. Detailed instruction, background information, modifications for injuries. All of our Yoga Courses are Level 1
Beginners/General Suitable for both beginners and regular students. Most practices and poses accessible with modifications offered as needed.
General/Intermediate Suitable for those who have some experience with practices and concepts of yoga. Includes some more challenging poses.
