Kookaburra Yoga offers specialist pregnancy and early childhood yoga, relaxation and mindfulness classes to bring the healthy, calming, strengthening benefits of yoga to infants, kids, teens and parents - taught by qualified, specialist teachers to ensure your safety and wellbeing.
Fun, engaging classes for primary school aged kids. Classes include a fun and child-friendly approach to yoga postures, mindfulness, loving-kindness and relaxation and incorporate song, games, story-telling and craft. Taught by our qualified children's yoga teacher who is also a children's development specialist, Kookaburra kids yoga classes help kids become confident, kind and caring, while cultivating important stress-management and coping skills to provide a foundation for future happiness.

Pre-Natal/ Baby Yoga
The pre-natal and post-natal period is a precious and unique time in a woman's life. Your body, mind and heart are all expanding and adapting to incorporate new life into your world. Kookaburra Yoga offers Friday morning pregnancy/prenatal and also post-natal/baby yoga classes with a qualified specialist yoga teacher and midwife. Practices are safe, relevant and nurturing for mums-to-be and young families.

Pregnancy Yoga Fridays 11am-12.15pm
